You can delete your account and associated data at any time. After deletion, your personal information will be anonymized and you will not be able to log in or recover the account.
You may also request account deletion by emailing us at the support address shown in the app or on the Google Play / App Store listing. Include the email address you used to register. We will process your request and confirm once the account has been deleted.
Your name, email, phone number, and similar personal data are anonymized. Historical ride and payment records may be retained in anonymized form for legal or operational purposes. You will not be able to use the same email to create a new account until the process is complete.
